Mr. David Geral has been a partner at Bowmans, one Africa's pre-eminent law firms, since 2001. David co-convenes Bowmans' Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector team. David has advised the medical schemes regulator, open and restricted membership schemes, medical schemes administrators, hospital operators, medical insurers and brokers for over 25 years. David has a B.A. and LLB, and is admitted as both an Attorney and Notary Public. He is an Accredited Commercial Mediator: Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement (Tokiso) and Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) UK. David is a leading attorney in relation to impact investing, social impact bonds and environmental, social and governance related (ESG) investing in South Africa.
